Getting the Bride's dress to the wedding on time While heading to South Carolina from South Dakota on Memorial Day weekend, our truck's alternator went out on I-70. To make a long story short, a call to Lee's Summit Dodge saved the day... and a wedding. The bridal dress and bridesmaids dresses were in the truck and had to get to their destination over 1,100 miles away. The red carpet was rolled out as they not only sent someone to pick us up, but had the truck towed in and immediately started working on it. Upon arrival I was handed a large rebate coupon for a new truck. In the end, the bridal dresses were loaded into the back of a new 2016 Ram (exactly what I was looking for) and our journey continued. I want to thank everyone from the Service Staff (made all the repairs they could), Sales (great deal on a new RAM), Finance (friendly, reasonable financing), and the Support staff (always checking on us and offered to go get us food!). More

Quick service & Good People My wife's 1998 Dodge Neon finally is seeing it's age. The car has 32,000 original miles & the fuel pump lasted 18 years, pretty good product I'd say. Better than other Chrysler dealers in the area First of all, should say that in our particular case we are dealing with a very poor product from Chrysler. Every manufacturer is going to occasionall First of all, should say that in our particular case we are dealing with a very poor product from Chrysler. Every manufacturer is going to occasionally have a vehicle with some minor problems. I get that and have always said it is more important to me how they handle those issues. We bought our 2014 Town and Country at another KC metro area dealer. Now I wish I had bought the vehicle here...but the other dealer had a vehicle on the lot that met all but one of my wife's requests. We have had to have our van towed twice for break failure. Two key fobs stopped working at different times. Body trim has come loose from the drivers door and the weather stripping around the top of the front doors had to replaced. Two occasions of the power side door making noises. Lubrication required both times, and now we have noticed bubbling paint on the hood! We also have a phantom noise that comes at highway speed especially on windy days. We have been to four separate Chrysler dealerships trying to get that noise identified and fixed...still there. Did I mention we only have 30,000 miles on the van? At the other dealerships, their altitude was almost as if our problems were an inconvenience to them! At Lee's Summit Dodge, we have felt like they truly care about what they are doing. After the first time I dropped off the van (towed it in with no brakes), I told my wife that if their mechanics were as good at their jobs as the service advisors we were in luck. Still have significant issues with this Town and Country and believe it to be a lemon. I know that regardless of the outcome on getting all these issues nailed down, I am firmly decided I will remain a customer at this dealership. More
Brakes I have felt in the past that the service department at this dealership could be a little short. This time I went in to get my brakes looked at and the I have felt in the past that the service department at this dealership could be a little short. This time I went in to get my brakes looked at and the service person talked me through all of my options, answered every question I had with thorough answers, and checked on other questions I had about the car unrelated to the service. Even based on other price estimates, the dealership saved me money from where I had been taking my vehicle. I will be doing more repairs here in the future. More
