I insisted that the car be fixed because the faulty equipment almost caused us to have an accident. Please train your technicians that all issues are going to show up on a computer diagnostic check. I feel they could have done a better job preparing the car for the sales floor. Jack Fleming and the Finance team helped us into a a beautiful Town and Country that I absolutely love. They were just far cheaper than anywhere else and the savings way more than paid for my fuel on the way home. The second reason was Les Saunders, every other salesman I contacted was very slow and hard to get to respond. Les on the other hand was extremely quick to respond, had answers when I asked for them, did what he said he was going to do, and was very up front and straightforward with anything and everything that may be come an issue before I got there. The finance specialist Daryl was very professional and explained everything very well and let me know all of my options when it came to warranty and vehicle payments.
