Very professional. My service writer, Jonathan, was very very professional and very knowledgeable about the issues concerning my vehicle.. I was very pleased with that e My service writer, Jonathan, was very very professional and very knowledgeable about the issues concerning my vehicle.. I was very pleased with that experience. The issues on my truck seem to be have taken care of. However, who ever worked on my truck must have had oil or grease all over their cap as it is now all over my headliner of my brand new truck. This is a very expensive truck and I work very hard to keep it nice and it's very disconcerting that they did not take the time to prevent transferring oils and greases from their work clothing to my truck. I will be revisiting the dealer to see about taking care of this problem or would appreciate a phone call in the meantime as I am very busy at work and I'm not sure how soon I can get the vehicle in to be taking care of. The people there say "Hello" "How are you" and you can tell they mean it! When I was told if I ever needed anything "to call" and I can tell they meant it! Daryl processed my finance paperwork, explained all the forms and different options thoroughly. David showed us around the dealership, introduced us to the different departments.
