3 hour oil change Even with an appointment, it took 3 hours for an oil change. My appointment was at 11:15 am - at 2:00 pm I had to call to see if my truck was ready. I stood for 30 minutes in the service area waiting for someone to take my information and truck. I explained that the radio has been giving me problems since the last update performed and wondered if they could just redo the update to see if that would help. Was told they would look at it and would be charged $98 to evaluate. I agreed even though all I asked was to reinstall the update and see what happened. The issue I explained was intermittent and of course the mechanic stated couldn't reproduce issue, of course not, I said it is intermittent. So nothing done but the recall was completed. This is a very busy service department because they are good, but not the same customer service we used to have. More

So naturally I was hesitant to go into the dealer to look at a couple of vehicles that I had seen online and wanted to check out in person. When we showed up, we were met by Terry Hines who was very friendly and helpful putting me a little more at ease. He let us know that he was the manager and would get someone to help us out. Terry introduced us to Les Saunders, and from the first interaction with him, I knew that he cared about us and was willing to listen and provide his expertise when needed further putting us at ease. He took a consultative approach to helping us, and even when he knew what the answer would be, he still "explored" every option I asked him to look at. When all was said and done, we ended up getting one of the vehicles I had been looking at, and Les, along with Daryl from the financing department, got us the best possible rate for our purchase. The service and help we received from everyone at the dealership was excellent and far exceeded any exceptions I had going into the dealership initially. We would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new/newer vehicle! We will be back when it's time to replace our other car :) More

Called noon next day and they also had to replace the radiator. We just bought this car a couple years ago and it was new so we were a little surprised at the repairs needed, but are delighted with the service we received! More
