very positive experience overall. I thought Mike was a great sales person,no pressure to pay more than you could afford. Joseph in my opinion went above the call of duty to service us I thought Mike was a great sales person,no pressure to pay more than you could afford. Joseph in my opinion went above the call of duty to service us at the dealership. He took all the time we needed to explain not only the features of the car,but also the dealership. Gene has been very helpful setting up an appointment to put a mopar hitch on this vehicle as well as getting me an appointment for my other Jeep Grand Cherokee on a recall airbag issue. Robert did his job efficiently.but was a bit pushy on trying to sell me the extended warranty I currently could not afford. But I realize that's his job and he may of had my best interest at heart. lara More

Disorganized I had an oil change at 15,000 miles the tech Clayton spilled oil all over the motor, he left the drain plug loose, spraying oil all over under carria I had an oil change at 15,000 miles the tech Clayton spilled oil all over the motor, he left the drain plug loose, spraying oil all over under carriage. Had I not noticed this..it could of caused the motor to loose all of its oil and blow up! In which nothing would of been done except you'd of gladly sold me another gem! Not to mention the oil slung all over the under carriage, belts and hoses (oil degrades rubber)! Then the quality of the "Chrysler Jeep" brand is supposed to be above par. It is not, the leather started cracking on the interior at 18,000 miles only little over a year old. Then the parts were ordered came to the dealership to get repaired and they sent some of my parts back to the manufacturer(they claimed) and had to reschedule again. In turn taking more of my time off from work. The service manager can't remember my name or read it right off the computer and I have been going there for 3 plus years now?! I cannot believe I paid 25,000 for this?! Won't do it again! More

2 cars same day My boyfriend and I bought 2 cars on the same day and we worked with Les. I would have to say he was one of the best salesman I've ever worked with bec My boyfriend and I bought 2 cars on the same day and we worked with Les. I would have to say he was one of the best salesman I've ever worked with because he didn't come off as a salesman. After telling him what we were looking for, he took us exactly to that. He didn't try to force anything on us as far as what car to buy or not. He worked with us on getting the deal we were comfortable with versus against us. I thought buying 2 cars the same day would be difficult, but Les made it everything but that. Other than the time in which i expected, I would have to say overall we had a great experience. Everyone was nice and catered to our needs! I've never bought cars from lees summit dodge but I would to work with Les again. We are very happy with our cars! More
