Awesome sales dept but service dept lacking Awesome sales dept. but service appointments are hard to get in under 2 week timeframe. People can't wait to get their jeep in for service problem for Awesome sales dept. but service appointments are hard to get in under 2 week timeframe. People can't wait to get their jeep in for service problem for two weeks. Our daughter had serious issue and needed service quickly. However she was told it would be 2 weeks and she wasn't driving the vehicle because if the issue and can't go without vehicle for that long. Unfortunately, our daughter ended up getting an appt at a competitor for two business days after calling competitor. You either need additional staff, shifts, or something to provide timely service for people especially when the issue is urgent. More
