People can't wait to get their jeep in for service problem for two weeks. Our daughter had serious issue and needed service quickly. However she was told it would be 2 weeks and she wasn't driving the vehicle because if the issue and can't go without vehicle for that long. Unfortunately, our daughter ended up getting an appt at a competitor for two business days after calling competitor. You either need additional staff, shifts, or something to provide timely service for people especially when the issue is urgent. More
