I had my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailblazer in for an oil change, tire rotation, 20,000 mile check up and front end alignment. It took 5 hours to do those things. I thought that was at least 2 hours longer change, tire rotation, 20,000 mile check up and front end alignment. It took 5 hours to do those things. I thought that was at least 2 hours longer than it should have. Everyone was great to work with. I just thought it was a lot longer than it would have been to accomplish those things. All of the employees I had contact with were very friendly, pleasant and professional to work with, which I appreciated greatly. I just hadn't originally planned on being there for 5 hours when I had an appointment and got there 30 minutes early and it ended up costing me $425. More
