Not the best Salesman wasn't helpful in getting me the kind of Charger I wanted. Instead he was intent on selling me the car he wanted to sell and I'm sure like m Salesman wasn't helpful in getting me the kind of Charger I wanted. Instead he was intent on selling me the car he wanted to sell and I'm sure like many other suckers, I felt pressured and signed on the dotted line even though I was unsettled. Perhaps your salespeople should cater more to the customer when spending that kind of money. But now it's too late, and while I did get a beautiful car, I now have a car payment $70 a month more than I wanted to spend and a loan term 15 months more than I wanted to pay on. No thank yous or hospitality after the purchase, either. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone I know. More

Don't misunderstand, this is still a car dealership full of salespeople that are hungry to get paid. This one just made the process as easy as I have experienced it so far. Rainer was very helpful and let us know about a great used Crysler Town and Country. We decided to pull the trigger and purchase the vehicle even though we were only intending to look. Everyone was very helpful and informative. My only complaint was the interest rate was much higher than what we have had on other vehicles despite both my husband and I having excellent credit. We will most likely refinance with a different lender. Despite tgis complaint the gentleman in finance was very nice. He was very thorough in explaining the financing details as well as explaining how we needed to proceed with licensing the vehicle. It was an overall good experience and I would recommend toys dealership. More
