Great car buying experience Visited your dealership to look at Jeeps, met Lance and told him I would be back. came back, test drove Jeep. Great Sale & Customer Service Experience I recently inquired online about a vehicle that was for sale. I was contacted by Quincy and set up a test drive time. The original vehicle didn't meet my requirements, but Quincy did what he could to find a vehicle that did. The purchase experience was quick and very painless. Upon driving the new vehicle home there was an issue with the Bluetooth connectivity. When I contacted Quincy he arranged with the service department to have the vehicle fixed and a car provided while it was being repaired. More

Poor Service Dropped off car for a new key with a fob - second one in three years. After programming and CUTTING the key (thereby committing us to purchase a more Dropped off car for a new key with a fob - second one in three years. After programming and CUTTING the key (thereby committing us to purchase a more expensive key) the service department determined that something was wrong with the car, not the key. Then they offered to perform a diagnostic test to find out what was wrong with the car - for a fee of just under $90. When my husband called to complain to Mike Jones he offered to run the diagnostic -- for $70. We've taken our Dodge to this location for service since we moved to the KC area 4 years ago but we won't any longer. Cutting a key and committing customers to an expense when it doesn't fix the problem isn't "service." More

Rick was honest, upfront, with a calming demeanor. I traded my 2009 Dodge Ram for the 2013 Ford Escape. The purchase is for my younger son who will be 15 in May. The 2009 was just to big for him to handle for his first vehicle. The 2009 Ram did belong to my older son, until I purchased him a new 2016 Dodge Ram. My goal was to exchange the 2009 Ram for a smaller vehicle, which I was able to accomplish this with Rick's help. The great experience provided by Rick, is what will keep me coming back. I will continue to have my son's Dodge Ram serviced at LS Dodge and will continue to do business there....., I am contemplating trading my Van for a new Grand Cherokee. More

I did most of the leg work shopping for different cars. When I entered Lee's Summit Jeep Troy Shaw introduced himself to me and he took the time to drive a few jeeps. They allowed me to take one to show my wife. My wife and I came in later and drove the Jeep Patriot. We made the decision and purchased the jeep. Troy was very professional, respectful to both of us and any questions we had he answered or went to his manager to get the right answer. The management team was very professional and courteous.
