When I was growing up, nobody took their car to a dealer for service because of price, dishonesty, etc. These guys broke the mold and have earned my business for as long as I live in this area. Robb in the finance office was just more of the same; he made the paper signing portion painless while being very thorough. I'd rate 10 stars if possible, but 5 will do for now. More

I knew what vehicle I wanted when I walked in and had already gotten pre-approved. They pulled the truck when I got there, explained all the features and we took it for a ride. The negotiations and financing pierce were great. They listened to me and were wonderful about meeting me in the middle. We both were happy and the process of signing paper work was great! It was a smooth process that has left me happy. I would highly recommend this dealership and their personnel! More

Lies!!!! The beginning process started out very well with Quincy, who was working to get us into a new Dodge Ram truck. I got a call Friday night stating that The beginning process started out very well with Quincy, who was working to get us into a new Dodge Ram truck. I got a call Friday night stating that he was able to get an approval with a payment in our range etc. My husband and I headed up there Friday night. All was well until we met with the finance manager. He had added in all kinds of extra warranties into the vehicle. I told him I didn't want any warranties and he brushed me off. Then when he called us into his office to sign papers, I saw the warranties on the purchase order. I told him right then and there that I didn't want the warranties. He told me that I was REQUIRED to purchase them or else we couldn't get the loan. I questioned it again and he said we had to purchase them b/c that is how he presented it to the bank. He also told me that with the purchase of the new Dodge, we would also be receiving 20 free oil changes. On my way home, after reading a great deal of information and doing some research on the internet, I realized that he was a complete liar!!! You are not required at all to purchase extra warranties. He added in over $3300 worth of extra warranty items that I did not want and repeatedly told him we didn't want. I did say I was fine with the GAAP coverage but none of the others. Also, the free oil changes were a complete lie. He had me finance those also!!! The finance manager is a complete liar and tries to trick people in to purchasing things that they do not want to and make it clear to him. I will be writing to news stations and everyone else that I can to make them aware of the unethical practices of this dealership. Because I guarantee I was not the first person he did this to and others probably actually believed him and didn't do further research. I have never been so disgusted and angry in my life when purchasing a vehicle. More

The rest is history, I drove away happy with my purchase! As you know, it takes time to purchase a vehicle, everyone we had contact with during our time there, were friendly, & helpful.
