Oil change on Charger. Dropped off the Charger, was told it would be ready in a couple of hours and it was. Everybody was friendly and courteous. Left satisfied. Engine light came on twice The check engine light came but it took 2 days to figure out code to do repair, Check engine light came on again the day after in shop & I called and The check engine light came but it took 2 days to figure out code to do repair, Check engine light came on again the day after in shop & I called and took it back, catalytic converter. It was replaced and the truck was repaired on Thursday. Apparently only one mechanic in the entire shop can repair a diesel truck there and he sets his own hours. More

Service Department Woes First off, when I made the appointment, I asked if they could take me to work. They said no problem, our first shuttle starts at 7:30. Great!! When I arrive at 7:25, they don't even open until 7:30, so there's not possible way for a shuttle to leave at that time. Then, I had an appointment at 8:30 a.m. to get some recall work done. Still had not heard from them by lunch so called around 1:30 and they had not even started my work. Also when I would call to ask questions about my appointment, they would ask me who my service adviser was. Had no idea. When I arrived they asked me the same question, still no idea. Then Gene helps me and says, "oh there's not one assigned, so I'll help you". So, if this is something they are going to ask people, it should probably be known to the customer. Gene was not very helpful at all. More

This dealership basically tackles you the second you pull onto the lot and screams "UP" inside the showroom when a potential customer comes to look at a car. Beyond that, they screw you on the car they are trying to sell you and the one you are trading in. And when you tell them "NO, I'm out of here", the salesman acts like a child throwing a tantrum and the sales manager chases after you once you walk out the door trying to close the deal. Beyond that their attitudes and professionalism leave much to be desired because, come on, you are trying to sell people $60K vehicles and you are wearing shorts with an untucked shirt. Not to mention the vulgar language used by most of the sales floor and the general lack of customer service from everyone. More

Typical Saturday As on an usual Saturday, wait times are astronomical. Everyone and their brother is there trying to get oil changed. Of all the years I've dealt with service from a dealership, Lee's Summit Chrysler has been the most friendly, caring and honest people we have worked Of all the years I've dealt with service from a dealership, Lee's Summit Chrysler has been the most friendly, caring and honest people we have worked with. I am disabled and the service manager and the young people in service takes patient with me with the many questions I am always asking and also they listen and are not swift to just rush me off into the waiting area. Service Manager Mike Jones is the kindest person dealing with the public. The kind words I received recently when my husband passed was very special to me. Their acts of kindness was the reason that I wanted to bake a cake for all the guys to say thanks for taking care of me. Mike knows my limitations with getting around and he shows my son the same professionalism when he brings my car in. Thank you guys for being there for me, this is the 2nd vehicle that we had purchased at your dealership and the guys up front are great also. More
