Les was friendly, clear, up-front, and professional. I would have given my car buying experience five stars, however, there was a "miscommunication" during the final negotiation that set the sale back and turned the experience a bit "sour". Before buying this vehicle, I had worked with other dealerships and salesmen, and those experiences felt more like the stereotypical sales pitch (kind of like your being taken advantage of), I did not feel that way with Les which was comforting overall. Excellent Service Department Scheduled appointment on Wednesday for 3:30 on Friday as we come in from out of town. Arrived at 3:15, an oil change and tire rotation, were out by 4: Scheduled appointment on Wednesday for 3:30 on Friday as we come in from out of town. Arrived at 3:15, an oil change and tire rotation, were out by 4:00! Always a pleasure to work with Derrick Ross and the entire service staff. It takes a little while to get through on the phones, but after seeing how busy the service department is every time we come in, it is understandable. Thanks again for the great service! More

Disappointed Called dealer several weeks ago to make a appointment to get my car in for service. Was told they are 2 weeks out with scheduling. Not a big deal. Mak Called dealer several weeks ago to make a appointment to get my car in for service. Was told they are 2 weeks out with scheduling. Not a big deal. Make an appointment for the second week of August. Show up on day of scheduled appointment and was told by Jesse it's not in the system. Tell him it was made a few weeks ago and he starts to get an attitude. I try explaining what is going on with the car and show him the video of what is happening, Jesse pays no attention to what I'm saying and showing him. Was then told by jesse that when people have the kind of problems im having they ususally just trade it in. If i wanted to trade my car in i would have done it years ago. I also try to explain that we have an open claIm with dodge, and was basically told we were to deal with it, when dodge told us the dealer was to call. I am then made to wait with 2 kids for 2.5 hours, because apparently they don't believe in loaner cars and want to charge you for a rental car on top of what you're already paying. They at least have a possible reason for why my car is acting up (which 2 other dealer haven't figured out in 5 years), but I did not appreciate the way I was talked to and dealt with. More
