Shes also very open honest and easy to get along with. Wish more car salesmen where like her. Before Kourtney i had delt with two other salesmen who wouldnt work with me. One was from a different dealership, he was nice but just couldn't help me the other salesman was from this exact dealership. He was suppose to call me when the dodge journey came in and never did but thats ok because i bought a more expensive model from Kourtney so it all worked out. Im just saying after that guy didnt call i was a little skeptical about coming back to lee summit dodge the only reason i was there in the 1st place was bc its the only dealership with a 4x4 dodge journey but i would have left if Kourtney wasnt so awesome. I recommend this dealership if they the customers go to Kourtney. Also Daryl hooked me up. More

This was my first time dealing with Lee's Summit Chrysler and there is a difference. Nathan and Frank were very straightforward in discussing the cars that interested me. I never felt any push and nobody was trying to waste my time. There were no games, just straightforward discussions on price and options with me making the decision I wanted. People at the dealership seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. Frank has created a great work environment and it shows with the customer experience. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Service Rip Off Took my 2015 Charger in because of some AC problems. After waiting 2 hours for diagnosis my wife was told the recirculation air damper and the damper Took my 2015 Charger in because of some AC problems. After waiting 2 hours for diagnosis my wife was told the recirculation air damper and the damper in the mixing box needs to be replaced. The real problem comes when they also tack on that the cabin air filter needs replaced....a filter I replaced myself not more than a month before. Needless to say I cannot trust them to do the correct work or even do the work that is only needed if they try and tack on extras like the cabin air filter that they charge an insane amount to do. I will no longer be bringing my car in for oil changes let alone any major service. Be careful with them, they are not to be trusted. **Update** Mike Jones, the service manager after seeing my review asked that I contact him so he could investigate the situation. He asked me to bring my Charger back in. My wife took the car back in, he was waiting for her and promptly took the car back. After several more hours of diagnosis, the dampers that had failed the first time around were now working. It was determined that the system was 5 oz low on freon. Dye was placed in the system and no leak was found. The system was charged with freon and now functions correctly. All this being said I am not happy at all that I was originally going to be charged $774 for a problem that could not be duplicated. The reason I was given for the freon not being brought up as an issue was the tech didn't check the actual charge against the recommended charge for this vehicle. I will give it to Mr. Jones, he did correct my issues and somewhat restored my faith in the service department, however I feel none of this would have happened had the tech been either not lazy or properly trained. Also note that 2015 and beyond Dodge's have R1234yf freon, not R134a so the equipment to test, fill, and reclaim is completely different. More
