Honest Service Took my Jeep in yesterday to have it looked at; it didn't want to idle correctly. Of course, the technician was unable to replicate the problem. LOL But, instead of just throwing parts at it and running up the bill, he suggested I just take it home and bring it back when it happened again. And get this, no charge! Wow! More

He knew what we wanted and worked very hard for us so we could get into the vehicle we wanted. We looked at a car earlier this year and we liked it but didn't love it and Jack showed us everything we asked about but we realized it wasn't time to get a new car and that was ok. He wasn't pushy and just wanted us to be happy with what we got. Then we talked about getting another truck so when I came in for an oil change I asked Jack about maybe getting another truck and what we could do. He fought for what I needed to get into the new truck and now I'm driving a brand new truck. I haven't dealt with any other salesman there but if they are anything like Jack they work for you! I will definitely keep going back when considering a new vehicle. Great job Jack! Thank you! More

It was refreshing to talk with someone who really listened and cared about what I was looking for in my new Jeep. Both him and his team were awesome, to say the least. His team called around to 7+ dealerships to find exactly what I was looking for, the Backcountry in Extreme Purple, which can be hard to come by. Quincy then went above and beyond by calling around to get me the best deal for my lift, wheels, tires, and light bar. I highly recommend Lee's Summit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. More
