poor telephone service I love my car. I love the dealership. I love the service that I receive for my car. I HATE the telephone service that I (and others) receive. Every I love my car. I hang up after ten and call back and bitch, and then someone answers. It is horrible. When I was in the dealer ship the other day, 3 calls were waiting for someone in service to pick up the phone THREE! That is a completely ludicrous number of calls waiting. I work in customer service at my place of employment and someone would be reprimanded for that level of service. You need a dedicated level 1 phone rep that can at least field the initial call and then determine how the caller wants to be handled. I realize that the people behind the desk need to be checking in cars and getting customers taken care of in house but your phone service sucks. More

Slow Tire Road Hazard claim approval. It seems the the service department hours are just for show. I came in at 4:15pm with a flat wanting to do a road hazard claim on insurance I got at It seems the the service department hours are just for show. I came in at 4:15pm with a flat wanting to do a road hazard claim on insurance I got at purchase time from the dealer. Could not get a new tire because they needed approval and they didn't have anyone to work on it anyway. I also experienced this when I came in about 4:45 and was told they don't do oil changes after 4:30. They say their service hours are until 7 pm but I have yet to see it. Maybe just pickup of finished work. Once they had approval my tire was replaced quickly only took about 30 min. Fortunately I was on vacation that day and was able to bring the car in at 1 pm so they would actually work on it. If your service department wants to be a tire shop they should act like one. When you take a car in with road hazard at a tire shop there is not run around they just fix the tire. I am also stuck with my oil change package that was sold at purchase time. The service hours look good for working around my work schedule but when they limit the time they do basic service like oil change I wish I would not have paid for the package. If I come in at 4:45 and your open until 7 I should be able to get a simple oil change. More
