Dealer not worth your time!!!!!!!! I purchased a used Buick Enclave from this dealer . The process of paying for it and getting extended warranties for tires and etc was very easy. When it came to getting tires fixed because they were losing air "2 tires" I was told "it's winter, tires do that". So now it's 80 to 90 degrees out side and tires are still doing the same. The person who sold me this vehicle ask that I call him so I don't have to deal with the service department. Because I didn't buy the deflation gate idea. I setup a appointment so that my wife would have a ride as soon as she dropped the Buick off, she then waited an hour for a ride to work. I truly wish to let anyone reading this know. That this dealer will do anything to get out of doing things right. I have for the last 2 weeks tried to contact Jake to get this Buick in to get it looked at have left many messages no response. It must be my warranty is getting close to being up. If you read any review on this Dealer Rater that is less favorable, you will see one thing they DO NOT take any responsibility at all. Instead in all occasions coming back with how it's not their fault it's yours. So in all people beware of dealing with this place. I work for the railroad and get treated better, as for me and my 2,000 brothers here in KC we will not be back to buy anything from this place. More
