Multiple Questions that required research I was in the service and parts areas for routine maintenance and an added part that I ordered. Bubba made arranged to have my part delivered within an hour after I called to order it. Within 3 hours from my initial call, the luggage rack was installed in my car. Bubba also did quite a lot of research to address my multiple questions about various aspects of my car. Also I had a routine service, an oil change done at the same time as the luggage rack installation. Scott H. and Randy A. went above and beyond to respond to several miscellaneous inquiries and questions that I had. I am still working with them but all responses have been very thoroughly researched and answered in an impressively timely manner. More
