Unbelievable service and fair pricing on my collision repair I purchased my '15 Tahoe from McCarthy in Olathe. I had a minor mishap that damaged the driver front fender. I took the vehicle to my usual body shop I purchased my '15 Tahoe from McCarthy in Olathe. I had a minor mishap that damaged the driver front fender. I took the vehicle to my usual body shop and received an estimate that seemed questionable. A coworker of mine had just had his Volvo repaired at McCarthy Morse and was very happy with the result. I happened to drive by the dealership and thought I might as well get an estimate. It was over $600 less! This was only the beginning as Howard (Clayton) and Byron did such an excellent job of getting me the car back quickly and on time. I love the auto text that lets me know the car's status! I have since taken my Audi there for a bumper and paint repair and was very happy with the result. Thanks again for the excellent service! More

I foster special needs individuals and he went beyond helpful in my buying process. He brought the car that I was interested to me and was very helpful in the options it came with. Once I decided on the car he worked with the finance department to prepare all the paperwork. He brought the paperwork over for me to sign and dropped off the car. (This is the first time I have ever bought a car without stepping foot on the lot!)I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone buying a car. He was honest, helpful and went above and beyond on EVERY aspect. If the rest of the staff is anything like Walter, they would be a tough car dealership to beat. They will have my business for years to come! More

Multiple Questions that required research I was in the service and parts areas for routine maintenance and an added part that I ordered. Bubba also did quite a lot of research to address my multiple questions about various aspects of my car. Also I had a routine service, an oil change done at the same time as the luggage rack installation. Scott H. and Randy A. went above and beyond to respond to several miscellaneous inquiries and questions that I had. I am still working with them but all responses have been very thoroughly researched and answered in an impressively timely manner. More
