I have had my Corvette into Morse (now McCarthy)for service on more that 1 occasion. I watched the service being done from a distance each time. The service person did not seem to take pride in what he service on more that 1 occasion. I watched the service being done from a distance each time. The service person did not seem to take pride in what he was doing. He tossed my door panel onto the floor and could have easily damaged it. I had to bring it back as the repair only lasted a short time. They fixed it again and it worked for a while before it failed again. I then took it to another dealer who found the real problem and fixed it. On another occasion the battery failed. They replaced the battery ok but when I got in the car the check engine light was still on. I had to go back in and ask them to turn it off. I now drive farther to Superior who gives excellent service. My neighbor had service work done at Morse. I had the opportunity to look at his truck right after an oil chanage. They say the lubricate the suspension as part of the service. I noticed that all of the grease fittings were caked with dirt. None of the fittings had been greased. They also are supposed to check the fluid levels. The plugs on the differentials and transfercase still had dirt caked on then proving the fluid levels had not been checked. My worst experience with a car dealer ever was with salesman, Mike Morris. I went it too look at a new Z06 Corvette. I talked with Mr. Morris about the car and he introduced me to his manager. I asked what their bottom dollar was on the car. They asked if I would trade my Z06 in. I said I would sell it myself. They asked if would I buy the car today. I said no I would sell my car first. They REFUSED to give me a price so I left. A few weeks later I visited the parts dept. at Morse. When leaving I walked through the showroom. Mr. Morris walked by. Having seen me drive up in my new Z06 that I bought elsewhere he said in a sarcastic tone how do you like your new Z06. I told him the car was great. I also told him in a voice that no one else could hear that I wanted him to know what I had never been treated so poorly as I had been when I visited him last. He raised his voice and asked what I was doing there. I calmly told him I was visiting the parts dept. I asked his name and he raised his voice even more and said I did not need to know his name. I said that is fine I would find out and I started toward the sales desk. He then shouted "Get Out of Here" as I was walking away. By this time all of the sales people were standing up to see what was going on. As I got his name from another employee he was still yelling and I left. More
