Unsatisfied Customer!! I would never recommend McCarthy in Sedalia to anyone. My son bought a truck from this business, a month after having it he had nothing but problems, I would never recommend McCarthy in Sedalia to anyone. My son bought a truck from this business, a month after having it he had nothing but problems, they treated us like we were a nuisance, we had to pay all of the repairs out of our pocket, they happened after the 30 day warranty(of course) that we had to fight to get. We went back in here recently to trade and the employees all had cocky attitudes and lead us to believe we were getting into another truck, but let some other couple test drive it and told us they sold it-we left and went to WK-no more got out of the door and they told us they hadn't sold it and to come back. So we went back (you aren't going to believe this) when we got there they said sorry we did sell it!!! I can't even tell you how upset we were. It was all for the best though--we went to WK and received outstanding customer service and they explained every detail, not to mention a 6 month warranty. We are now part of the WK family!! More

He does a great job of keeping the customer informed of what needs to be done and how much it will cost. He also always does a thorough check to make sure that everything is in great working order. I am very picky about my car being safe and reliable. I know that by taking my car to McCarthy Service Department, it will run efficiently and safely at all times. Mark is also someone you can trust. He is thorough, honest, and does what he says. He makes sure to take of the customer first and foremost--always calling with updates and showing concern for the customers' time and hassle. The service center will shuttle the customer across the street for shopping while he/she waits, or they have a great reception center as well. Mark can also fix and repair almost any make of vehicle. I have recommended the dealership to my friends and neighbors who have Fords and Chevys, and he does a great job with these makes as well. He is always professional, efficient, and friendly. Even when I have gotten bad news on my car, I have never worried because Mark has a no problem, we will get if fixed in no time and have you back on the road personality. Mark makes the service department the best in town. I highly recommend this shop to everyone who is looking for an expert shop that will keep their vehicle safe and reliable. They do a great job and have very reasonable prices as well. It has the best hassle free experience for the customer too! More

Now I'm thinking of trading my lease RAV4 for a 2016 RAV4 Hybrid. Again, he has been very helpful and not pushy as "sales people" tend to be. He takes the time to understand what you want and does his best to help you meet those needs. I will ALWAYS recommend Tony Wood!!! More
