2015 Avalon purchase This Sedalia, MO Toyota dealer has changed hands in the last several years or so and quite frankly the staff attitude under the "new" banner has chan This Sedalia, MO Toyota dealer has changed hands in the last several years or so and quite frankly the staff attitude under the "new" banner has changed also, but not for the better. Although people we dealt with tried to be friendly, it seemed forced and fake. As we did end up buying a vehicle, the experience was not as pleasant as our six previous Toyota purchases at the same location, but with a different owner and unlikely for us to buy again. A lot of little things piled up to be quite annoying, and in hindsight, we should have shopped around much more, as I think this dealer would have quickly fallen to last choice. Perhaps we drew an inexperienced sales person, but I would advise one to beware of promises made but no follow up after the sale. Rather a shame as I, at one time, considered this the best Toyota dealership in the state. And we possibly started out on the wrong foot as the first vehicle in the series we were interested in had a dead battery (A new car!), one in which the staff picked for us. Made me wonder what other things were overlooked on the new car sales lot. More
