He is thorough, honest, and does what he says. He makes sure to take of the customer first and foremost--always calling with updates and showing concern for the customers' time and hassle. The service center will shuttle the customer across the street for shopping while he/she waits, or they have a great reception center as well. Mark can also fix and repair almost any make of vehicle. I have recommended the dealership to my friends and neighbors who have Fords and Chevys, and he does a great job with these makes as well. He is always professional, efficient, and friendly. Even when I have gotten bad news on my car, I have never worried because Mark has a no problem, we will get if fixed in no time and have you back on the road personality. Mark makes the service department the best in town. I highly recommend this shop to everyone who is looking for an expert shop that will keep their vehicle safe and reliable.
