Dear fasttrack92, I am sorry that you feel the customer service was not satisfactory. Regarding your individual credit situation, I would be more than happy to have you contact me and go into more depth and discuss your credit with you privately. We do not feel it appropriate to discuss an individuals credit in a public forum. I am concerned with the statements you have made based on our relationship with Wells Fargo Bank and we place loans with this bank every day and in fact are one of there preferred dealers; we have a very good working relationship with Wells Fargo Bank. One of the most concerning statements is pertaining to the alleged damage to the vehicle. We do have one 2007 Ford Mustang Gt for sale at $17993, so I would guess this is the vehicle you are referring to. We use AutoCheck (a division of Experian) to verify our vehicles rather than CarFax, both of these reports are provided by reputable companies. I have an AutoCheck on this vehicle that clearly shows it is accident free. If your CarFax shows otherwise I would want to compare the two and see why the difference in reporting. We maintain an A+ Better Business Bureau rating. You can certainly contact them; I would also like for you to contact regarding the alleged vehicle history report inaccuracies. Dear 10thveryunhappy, I am truly sorry you had a bad experience. Somehow this review just surfaced, dated 7 days ago, I always try to respond in a timely fashion. With any sort of credit challenges they are always very unique to the individual and I would be glad to discuss this experience in more depth with you personally if you like. My direct number is (719) 268-6966 or my email is mike@bigjoeauto.com. As for the down payment refund, it does normally take about 3 days to refund to an account. Has the money been returned? It should have by now, and if for some reason it has not, we need to know about it and get it fixed right away. On the concern of the Land Rover, we did have an inexpensively priced Land Rover, the price of $11,893 was correct for the vehicle in operational condition. While this vehicle was at our facility it developed a problem with the engine which then blew. We pulled the vehicle from our site on the same day and wholesaled the vehicle.
