While the staff was professional and courteous, our overall experience was disappointing due to poor communication and unmet expectations. We brought our vehicle in for maintenance and an oil change, overall experience was disappointing due to poor communication and unmet expectations. We brought our vehicle in for maintenance and an oil change, and the issue was diagnosed quickly. Since we had an extended warranty, we were told it would take 24–48 hours for a coverage decision. Because this was on a Friday, we expected to hear back early the following week. However, we had to follow up ourselves by Wednesday, only to learn that the warranty process actually takes about a week. Communication continued to be a challenge. We were not notified when the vehicle was completed—we had to call again to find out it was ready. Additionally, we were disappointed to learn that the repair was not covered due to tire rotation requirements, despite staying consistent with our oil changes. While the service team did work with us on labor costs after we expressed our concerns, the situation was still frustrating. Being without a loaner vehicle for nearly a full week also added to the inconvenience. Although the car is now running well, we did not feel valued as customers and do not plan to return for future service. More

the actual service from the mechanic was very good. everything seems to be working just fine. The drop off wasnt very pleasant. soon as we got out in the bay inside we were hit by a sales man wantin everything seems to be working just fine. The drop off wasnt very pleasant. soon as we got out in the bay inside we were hit by a sales man wanting to know if we wanted to sell our car. was pushy, wish i had his name. I find that extremely rude. if i wanted a new car i would come shopping. for one. it seemed like our advisor didnt know what was going on. our parts werent order right away. Then the warranty people took days going thru our paper work and oil changes done on our SUV. you had our SUV for like 10 days. Absolutely unreal. took forever to be contacted by anyone. I had my daughters car and they needed it back. Im still not sure i believe the warranty ppl needed that much time. Honestly I believe you all wanted us to trade my SUV in and were waiting us out. the whole situation was the most bizarre thing ive ever dealt with. Weve always came to your dealership for all our work. this was very upsetting. Then to put the icing on the cake we get a letter from the dealership telling us we can finance thru the dealership for a new car. . so tell me what would you think if you were in our shoes seriously. this letter came while you still had our SUV waiting to be worked on. Im sorry xxxx poor quality on the dealerships part. now the mechanic seemed to be the only one doing things right. Im not sure i would recommend coming here after what we have just went thru. in the past i would say absolutely. Now not so sure. More
