Update: My temp tag expires next week, and still don’t have paperwork to get tags in my state. I’m sure they will find a way to mess this up, or give me another excuse. Well, I will get the positives o have paperwork to get tags in my state. I’m sure they will find a way to mess this up, or give me another excuse. Well, I will get the positives out of the way first: they did get my approved credit wise, and they did find my dream truck. Please note, this place also operates under online.cars. Otherwise, dealing with McCluskey Chevy has been an absolute nightmare. There is a major lack of communication, lies, and no honesty out of anyone. After getting approved and placing my down payment, I had to beg for loan documents to be emailed to me before delivery. I was told one monthly price by the salesman, only to be told another by the finance manager, who was very rude and short when I asked questions. Seems like they dont like being bothered. Even told me the salesmen don’t know what they are doing, which is an understatement. Perhaps they should find a new job! I was promised by my salesman the vehicle would be delivered by truck. I get a call from the delivery driver, who was the best person of all to deal with, that he is driving the truck. So, by the time the vehicle gets to me, it has another 700 miles on it! It was delivered nearly 9pm on a Sunday Night! Quick sign the papers, with no copies provided to me, other than they will be mailed. No demo of the vehicle or delivery inspection offered. Driver even admitted he was unable to get vehicle washed, and it arrived very dirty to me. Second day of ownership, check engine light comes on. Would be nice to know the procedures for using extended warrenty, but I have zero paperwork for the vehicle, and don't even have an owners manual. I was told by salesmen, take it to any GM dealer. I was told by the fianace manager I would have to pay every two weeks. The finance company said that is not required. Overall, I'm happy with the truck, but the constant run around, lies, and lack of customer service will be the reason I would NEVER purchase another vehicle from McCluskey Chevrolet/ online.cars! Well, I left my truck as scheduled on a Friday 8am. Nobody told me it would have to spend the night and then the whole weekend there as the service would not start before Monday. Nobody called to give Nobody told me it would have to spend the night and then the whole weekend there as the service would not start before Monday. Nobody called to give me any status. Nobody provided any status and the agents never returned my calls or messages. With that, I picked up my car without being serviced. And I will never return to that dealership for any business. More

He is knowledgable, patient, and isnt pushy like many car salesmen. MCCLUSKEY is the dealer i use, but because of Bill's efforts and hard work More
I was preapproved and contacted the dealership about a specific vehicle. I was called by a salesman who pulled up my file, checked to see they still had the vehicle, and took the rest of my info. I emaile specific vehicle. I was called by a salesman who pulled up my file, checked to see they still had the vehicle, and took the rest of my info. I emailed him requested documentation and was told a short time later I was approved. Then started the phone tag game. I finally got ahold of my salesman who was “busy with a customer” so we made an appointment to talk a couple hours later. He never called so I texted them for assistance. Finally I was told we needed to discuss other vehicles because they sold the car. I asked how this happens and was ignored. I emailed a complaint and was told a manager would get ahold of me shortly. No one contacted me. I emailed back and let them know I’d be filing formal complaints with everyone necessary, including banks they sent my information to when they clearly had no intent of doing that business transaction. Finally got a call from a manager who left a voicemail. No apology or anything just him saying he was told I wasn’t happy because “things didn’t go the way I wanted them to.” It has nothing to do with the way I wanted it to go. I have bought cars before and I know how it’s SUPPOSED to go. I had laryngitis and almost no voice so I texted a response. Days later no response from him so I left a message asking him to verify he got my texts. He called and left a message the next day saying to call him back. Let me add that I was approved for this vehicle for 12 days with no progress before complaining. This is absolutely unacceptable and they have yet to take ownership of their screw up… or the fact that they obtained my information for the specific purpose of me buying a specific vehicle, running my credit, selling the vehicle then telling me we needed to discuss different vehicles. If they were not able to conduct the proper transaction, my information shouldn’t have been ran. This is fraud! I have screenshots, voicemail transcripts, and emails of everything. I’d give zero stars but it’s not possible. More
long story short bought a used car with them was told it was covered under warranty right away even though it had aftermarket parts installed anyways the car felt a little funky at the beginning but they re was covered under warranty right away even though it had aftermarket parts installed anyways the car felt a little funky at the beginning but they reassure everything was fine and inspected and covered under warranty giving that the car was a 2019 with 17k miles couple days later the motor went out supposedly it wasn't covered for another month they made me wait 2 months for the car to even get pulled in to be checked didn't provide rental at all and also when they did get it was told lies about what I needed and was just trying to upsell me more stuff than what I actually needed after a 3 month wait car was finally ready after going over invoice they completely lied about what was installed specially when they said they had replaced the aftermarket turbo to a stock one possibly to void my warranty later when i would come back for future repairs anyways i took it home and on the way home I noticed it was smoking so I called was told it was just residue and also the car still wasn't running perfectly couple weeks passed and I took it to another shop to verify work done to work and was told that they lied also the car was leaking oil i was like that's not possible I was told they was replacing the motor etc etc turns out they took it apart and replaced the one part that was bad instead and left it leaking after I notify and confronted them they brush me off and told me I had to wait more than 30 days for them to inspected because there mechanic who did was on vacation when they did check it they said oh no we didn't touch that leaking part when I did research and asked the other dealership and mechanics they advice to take them to court because they flat out lying ended up taking the car back home couple days later car catches on fire 🔥 fire department determine it was from the bad oil leak of the so called engine replacement they did they never owned up to anything worse experience ever the only person that was helpful was the sales person other than that I wouldn't buy another car from them More
To dam pushy try to make more money off an oil change. Try to get you to sell your car or even say you have a problem with something when you don’t. Try to get you to sell your car or even say you have a problem with something when you don’t. More
