Abt get you approved well guess what that's a lie because they couldnt get me approved for anything they came back to me and said they need 7000 down.and if I cant do that they need more than a 1000 down to get me approved they lied me and my family was in a car crash on the 6th of September that almost took our lives our car was totaled now we have no vehicle my son has seizures I'm having a hard time finding rides to get him back and fourth to his doc appointments.i have 2 sons 2 daughters and a wife.at first this place gave me hope and then they just crushed me I'm already broken and we are struggling it's tough when you have no transportation.and can barely get back and fourth to grocery stores doc appointments work ect.this place could have just said he we can't help you but no they gave us false hope and we are already going through enough 💔 this just made our pain and suffering that much worst I wish I never would have found this place just to get my hopes up and be crushed afterwards More
I have never witnessed worse handling of service issues than I have at this dealership. Buying a car is just one part of the process - where you actually need to have a good experience is the lifetime of s than I have at this dealership. Do not buy a car from McCluskey expecting to have that smooth experience. My girlfriend has a ‘22 Chevy Trax that has inexplicably spent almost more time at this dealership than it has in our possession. Most recently, among myriad other issues, the transmission failed in a parking lot, preventing us from being able to shift into drive, reverse, or park. Upon having it towed to the dealer, they refused to give a loaner or accurately inform us of Chevrolet’s rental policy (don’t let them fool you, call Chevy corporate - they will offer you a daily stipend for a rental and inform you of the policy). This is the 5th time the car has been in for service this year, with the first 4 times being due to the service department’s incompetence. Furthermore, they sent us a video from the service tech that completely ignored the actual problem, insisting we buy a $300 battery to simply be able to diagnose the issue. Operating with the lack of care, humanity, and understanding this service department shows is honestly commendable. I simply don’t think I could run a business this way if I tried. Do not expect to be listened to, do not expect to be treated as an equal, and most certainly do not expect to be treated with integrity. You will be nickled and dimed every step of the way. I am frustrated and angry about the service on my vehicle. I have had my car for 4 years, brought it for regular service, oil changes and repairs to McCluskey in a timely manner. After bringing the car in for an oil change July 12, I found that the anti-freeze was empty. I was told the antifreeze isn't checked during oil changes. Subsequently I had to rent a vehicle and was told I needed a hose and filter, and perhaps two tires. I was told they had the parts and I would have the car Wednesday. Now I have received an alert that my rear tire is flat, which it wasn't flat when I brought it in last Friday. I was told that they didn't have the hose the car needed so I wouldn't have the car Wednesday and that they would need to drive the car first before I could get the car. I would like to know how the rear tire went flat, when wasn't flat last Friday when I brought it in, why the part wasn't available when I was told it was at the dealership and why the fluid wasn't noticed to be low at the time of the oil change. More

We have a brand new car with issues already!! We put $10k down trusting this one and now this?! YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!! They just wanted and needed to make the sale. STAY AWAY!!!
