Our experience at Mike Castrucci Chevrolet was outstanding. Gary, Ryan, and Jordan provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. Gary was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. Ryan and Jordan were equally helpful and attentive to our needs throughout the process. What impressed us most was their professionalism and genuine approach. They were friendly, respectful, and never pushy. Instead, they listened carefully to what we were looking for and worked to help us find the right vehicle. We dropped off the car on a Thursday night and our appointment wasn’t till 10 on Friday and by 7:30 in the morning they were calling us and telling us what was wrong with it and how long it would take to fix it and we picked it up I can’t remember probably about two or 3 PM that day best service ever and also the best service people ever. Dropped off my Equinox for a 9:00 am appointment to diagnose a noise coming from the engine compartment. They said they would get back to me that day when they looked at it. They also texted me a phone number I could call and a hyperlink to use if I wanted to check on the status or I could simply reply to the text. In the later part of the afternoon I texted and got no reply. The following day I texted again with no reply; I utilized the hyperlink and it only showed that I dropped off the vehicle but nothing else. I called a minimum of 5 times only to be told by the call center that no one is picking up in the service department. I finally just drove back to Cronin to find out that they haven’t even looked at my car yet. I told them to give me my keys and I would take it somewhere else. They did not treat me very nice when I told them that. When Hirlinger owned the dealership I never had a problem with them. I can with 100% certainty say that I will never go to any dealership owned by Cronin again. I will also have to give a lot of consideration to purchasing Chevrolet again if this is what their car dealerships are heading toward. Big disappointment!

On the used car I purchased from Columbia Chevrolet, the transmission died after 4,000 miles. They are not standing behind the sale at all, and tell me that the (6 month) warranty was up by 10 days. But during a check in call I made to their service department, they told me it would be covered, and even gave me the part name they were waiting on. Now comes the UNBELIEVABLE part of the story. They told me that the service manager I talked to had me confused with another customer. So their apology to me during my 4 1/2 week wait while my car sat in their shop was, "Sorry, honest mistake, we confused you with a different customer!" (that ALSO had a 2017 Tahoe recently purchased from them that had a bad transmission, and had a warranty question.) Can you imagine, of all the gin joints, that there was a customer JUST LIKE ME. So weak. And again, their gift to me for my troubles was an inflated repair cost ($7,200.00) But they would discount it by $1,000.00 for my troubles. I called another reputable Chevrolet dealership in the area, gave them my VIN number, and asked for an estimate on a rebuilt transmission replacement. $6,200 - $6,400. Imagine my surprise!!!! Stay away from Corey.........

The personal service and dedication to serving the customer as well as providing a professional business atmosphere is clearly is a priority for the family business. I was very nervous about making a large purchase and have limited knowledge about buying vehicles.
