We went to McCluskey Chevrolet after a less than pleasant experience at another dealership in the Kings Mall. We were very pleased with Gary's professionalism and willingness to help. My Sales Rep., Doug Burns, went "above & beyond" in my opinion in addressing my needs for my new Camaro. He searched & found the Victory Red, 2SS with a sunroof that I wanted, including havi beyond" in my opinion in addressing my needs for my new Camaro. He searched & found the Victory Red, 2SS with a sunroof that I wanted, including having the black rally stripes put on it for me as it didn't have any on it originally. He also arranged for rides to pick me up to not only take the car home (as I did not do a trade-in), but also for the pick-up and return of my Camaro for additional undercoating that I had done. He also had it completely detailed and filled up for me! How cool is that??!! He is still taking care of a few things for me and following up with me as he can. He did a great job with me and this sale! More

Me and my husband bought a brand new 2012 car from the Kings location. We were financed the wrong car (2013 instead of 2012), we had to take the 2013 car back the following weekend and exchange for the co Kings location. We were financed the wrong car (2013 instead of 2012), we had to take the 2013 car back the following weekend and exchange for the correct car (2012). (note: we live over 1 hour away each way) The original down payment we made had to be re-done so we opened another account for just our car. The original downpayment check was supposed to be cancelled by them but wasnt and got cashed and overdrew the wrong account. I wrote 2 more checks to them on the new account for the new downpayment. The day they were to be deposited, we were informed by them, they couldn't use new checks so we had to go back down and take them cash! (another 2 hours on the road). We were supposed to receive a "rebate" in 2 weeks... got it 6 weeks later! We tried to contact the manager PAUL CLUXTON numerous times to resolve our problems, with NO return call, he made the salesman call us everytime. The only time we were able to get through to PAUL CLUXTON, we called the front desk and got transferred. As soon as we told him our name he HUNG UP ON US!!!! and never called us back. We finally had to call GENERAL MOTORS and the customer service rep Myra called MR CLUXTON and left several messages (documented by GM). She told me PAUL or McCluskey NEVER CALLED HER BACK (this was also documented GM) so McCluskey can't deny any of it! More
Gary Reed is a new Sales person but my buying experience with him was just fine. He was friendly, listened to my desires in a suv, and made a recommendation that I bought. I purchased a 2006 f150 from McCluskey Chevrolet. I was told that it would be checked over thoroughly befor I received it. After getting the vehicle home I raised the hood and found hoses dry rotted. Two told that it would be checked over thoroughly befor I received it. After getting the vehicle home I raised the hood and found hoses dry rotted. Two weeks later they finally fixed the problem. I have had the truck serviced at the dealership since I have owned it. The last time the truck was taken in for an oil change, the service department personel who serviced my truck did not put enough oil in it. It was 2 quarts of oil low. I took the truck back to them for this problem and they could not find anything wrong or could not find out why it used 2 quarts of oil when I took it on vacation. I drove 225 miles to my destination after having the oil changed at their service department and the truck was 2 quarts of oil low when I checked it to drive home. I put 2 quarts of oil in the truck and drove the same route home and did not use any oil. They could not find the reason why it used 2 qrts of oil but did manage to find $1800 dollars worth of other problems my truck had. Now keep in mind that the truck was just in their service department about 3 weeks before that and there was nothing wrong. Needless to say I did not let them work on my truck again. To fix what they said was wrong with my truck cost me less than $250 in parts. After I told them that I did not want them to work on my truck I went and picked it up. When I got it home and looked under the hood, who ever at the service department that diagnosed my truck left to end of my air breather off and 2 of the clamps were gone. So I had to go and get new clamps to fix the problem. All I can say is do not go to this dealership and this is not the only incident that I have had with them. More
Their sales person on Galbraith wanted wanted to give me $1,000 for my 2004 ford pick up truck, exchanged for a 1998 old vehicle with extremely high miles. They were treating me like I was a stupid blonde, who in fact has two degrees from college. I guess because I am a girl. Then I went to Kings Auto Mall, they had two sales representatives that wouldn't even phone me back, their upper management said someone would get right on it. Wrong, if you go there looking for a deal, then you are a blonde. Don't be stupid!!! Corporate needs to be notified how this dealership sucks. More

Richard Heimbrock is an outstanding man. He listened to exactly what we were looking for and delivered. I never got that "sleazy" car sales-man feel from Richard.
