I called the dealership to set up an appointment. They got Ken Frakes on the phone with me. He was very easy to talk with and had a good sense of humor which put me at ease very quickly. He asked me all the pertinent questions and listened to what we were looking for. this was confirmed when we met the same evening and he had the exact car we were hoping for sitting out front already warming up in the cold weather. We were a little early and he was already prepared and had a sign with our name on it in his hand! such a welcome! We took a test drive in the car which had the exact "white pearlish" exterior color and gray interior color along with the specs that we requested (most important was electric driver seat adjustments and sunroof). We already studied the engine/mechanics of the 4cyl that we wanted, so that was already established before the appointment. I was impressed with Ken's close attention to detail and staying within the price range that I requested without trying to oversell me on an increased price. I had no buyers remorse!! Ken worked with the manager, Dave Anderson, to get us the right price and deal that was very satisfactory to us. Dave was firm but flexible enough to make things work for us concerning payments. We felt confident in our dealings with Dave and the final results. Ken was very courteous to me and my wife during the whole process... offering coffee, etc while we were waiting and working out the arrangements. We have had a couple questions since buying the car and Ken has been very responsive to my e-mails. Chris Hacker, the business manager, was also very fast and efficient in doing all the necessary paperwork and going over any issues or options with us for things like gap insurance. It was getting late and she was busy, but handled things great for us. We had a trip planned out of town for the weekend and our new Chevy Malibu was a real joy to ride as we got to test some of the cool features including OnStar and XM radio. We were impressed with the smooth ride and pick up and passing capabilities and climbing hills for a 4 cylinder car. We would highly recommend Ken and the team at McCluskey Chevrolet to our friends or anyone we know who needs a great car car with the right price and special team service! Had a great experience with Mark Kennedy and the dealership also. I knew what I was looking for, a new Colarado, when I told Mark what I was looking for he told me that they did not have exactly wha dealership also. I knew what I was looking for, a new Colarado, when I told Mark what I was looking for he told me that they did not have exactly what I wanted but it would be no problem geeting one. He looked online, found what became my new truck and we sat down and made the deal. During the deal I got the feeling that Mark was working for me and not the dealer, he was honest and very helpful. It will be a while before I am in the Market again but I will be returning to Mc Cluskey and hope to deal with Mark again. More

We have had several issues with our new Equinox and we always deal with Karl in the service center at the McCluskey automall. He is very professional and quick to meet the needs we have. I feel Karl understands the meaning of customer service and is willing to make sure everyones needs are met that enter the service department. More

My son and I visited half a dozen other dealerships in search of a reasonably priced, reasonably "used" used Honda throughout this whole transaction. We purchased a beautiful used car through McCluskey's Internet Sales Department. The information presented on-line was outstanding and the car was even better than advertised when we arrived from out of Internet Sales Department. As is not unusual with new vehicles, there have been some electrical problems with the 2010 Silverado that I just bought so I have had to take it to the Reading Rd. service shop several times. Each time, Kelly Sutliff has been my Service Advisor and Nick Rafanan has been the Mechanic working on the truck. After several times having to bring the same vehicle back for service, I normally would not be too pleased. But Kelly never gave me the option of not being satisfied. After the very first visit, she knew my name, she knew what issues there were with the truck, and the scheduling of appointments was not based on when the shop had openings. It was based on whenever was convenient for me. Complete satisfaction was the only option that she was going to allow me to leave with. And how she keeps her upbeat mood given the 20 directions I watched her being pulled in continuously while I was there, is something that is truly amazing. Now many mechanics would not appreciate having a customer watching over their shoulder while they work. Nick was quite the opposite. I was curious to see what he was doing and how he was removing different parts of the interior of the truck. He not only allowed me to observe, but he took the time to explain each of his steps as well as educated me on many of the changes (and reasons behind them) that this 2010 Silverado had vs. my previous 2001 Silverado. There really is only one reason that a customer would continue to come back to a specific dealership (in my case, it has been 22 years now). It isn't gimmicks, it isn't low priced advertisements with a lot of small print. It is because personnel such as these two really do care about making their customers completely satisfied and will do whatever it takes to make that happen. More
Every time I walk into mcklusky they have smiling faces and are very helpful. They answer all my needs and questions.
