I'm sure that I will be told the same thing that your Service Advisor told me that there is nothing you can do regarding Ford's substandard paint on these vehicles. Aluminum corrosion on more than half of the vehicles out there but refuse to replace panels as needed. MY16 is fine to replace but my MY15 is not for the same issue? With the known "loophole" from Ford regarding perforation on aluminum panels (WONT PERFORATE) they will keep denying customers like myself. Yet some dealers still will put for the effort to get the customers vehicle panels replaced and painted to show customer appreciation. Your dealership told me it was denied and go somewhere else....
