When I checked in with my service advisor, he did not find an appointment in the system yet he was the one that I had spoken to months back. No apology and acted like I never went in to make an appointment months back. Hand wrote my information on the appointment sheet and left it at that. Asked the dealer to look at TSB 19-2026 for Aluminum Panel Corrosion as well. He clearly saw the paint issues with my hood and said they would get it taken care of. Dropped the vehicle off at 8 am and vehicle was ready at 330 pm which is about how long I was told the recall would take for repairs. I spoke with the advisor on the phone and they stated that the repairs were done on the vehicle but.....my paint isn't covered...but it is. 5 years or unlimited mileage corrosion warranty which the service advisor didn't even know the warranties on this vehicle. Pretty much said take it to another dealer because we won't do anything about it after Ford originally "denied" my claim. Will not be using this dealer again for any service..warranty or not. The service advisor had no idea what was covered and what was not in regards to the TSB. Service advisor had a slight attitude from when I originally spoke with him in September and also when I went in for my appointments in December. Advisor should always have a positive attitude and take care of the customer and not act like you are better than the customer. If you do not know what you are talking about, verify the information first before giving false statements. If you want to build a customer base...you take care of your customers and not chase them away. This did not happen at McCombs Ford West and I will be taking all my service to another dealership. More
Almost impossible to schedule service! Called twice and left messages twice and waited three days with no callback. Then made an appointment through the website and received no callback. Dropped the truck left messages twice and waited three days with no callback. Then made an appointment through the website and received no callback. Dropped the truck off the date of the appt and was told there wasn't an appt and the website sometimes doesn't work. If the website doesn't work or no one answers the phone to schedule service then how do I schedule service for a vehicle that I purchased from them? If I would have known it would be that hard to get an appt for service I would not have purchased the vehicle from them and gone to a different dealer with a reputable service department. McCombs West, please either fix your website with phone numbers that are answered or an internet appt system that works. Fords that are sold with warranties are supposed to have service associated with them and if I can't get the truck serviced then there is a breach of contract. More

Great staff Richard Kroll was fantastic from the moment I told him I was looking to get into a vehicle to the time I was able to drive off in one. Awful experience! Absolute Terrible experience with this dealership. From finance department, to service department, to broken promises by management! Spent over an hour and 45minutes in finance because he continued to try and add warranties we did not want! Tried to get me to use ford motor credit with a 6.7% interest rate even though we have perfect credit. FYI they get commission or some type of compensation for using ford motor credit! Contacted multiple times by sales manager to redo survey after purchasing because we did not put excellent, well experience wasn’t excellent then nor did it continue. Service department damaged vehicle, they continued to say that the clear coat that was buffed off my brand new vehicle was because of bird poop! Seriously! Clearly this was bad judgement for the person working on vehicle during service that tried to cover up his/her mistake. Less than 400 miles and I had to make arrangements to bring vehicle back so they could send to their body shop for paint repair, which then came back with more issues. At this point we we’re Promised they would put me in a new one and do an even swap with one exactly like mine with no price difference. After multiple contacts to this person he failed to respond to calls/text about the status of finding new vehicle. We decided to go in unannounced and magically he had supposedly found one that was being delivered next day (although that’s hard to believe when no contact to us was made) and then said I would have to pay more even with a lower interest rate and it would be like trading in a vehicle rather than the even swap which was previously discussed! BUYER BEWARE!!! Total nightmare! All this was done within the first month of purchasing vehicle! More
