I went in for a CVT transmission flush and refill they just drained the pan and refilled with four quarts of fluid after they told me they were going to flush it I had a thumping noise in the back of the just drained the pan and refilled with four quarts of fluid after they told me they were going to flush it I had a thumping noise in the back of the car they checked for me told me it was the trailer hitch even though I removed it I told him I could lift the tire up and down and it made a thumping noise they took it back down brought the car back told me it would take 3 hours to diagnose it come to find out it was a strut mount the sway bar was completely disconnected it look like someone took the bolts out of it every time it goes in to be serviced that this dealership I find bolts that are missing or retaining clips that are gone I am ASE certified mechanic have been since 1987 they treat me like I'm completely stupid and don't know what I'm talking about even after proven them wrong I will never buy another car from them More
