There was a gentleman there before COVID that had those skills, but Rueben needs to be your service communicator so questions and problems are addressed quickly so service is not disrupted. Bought my 4th Ford through David Mcdavid, more specifically Sterling. He’s an all star. Some back and forth with the managers on the trade in, but that’s typical. Everyone from my salesman to the office was very responsive, professional, and accommodating from presale to delivery. The only reason I am rating a 4 instead of a 5 is because I had submitted a de responsive, professional, and accommodating from presale to delivery. The only reason I am rating a 4 instead of a 5 is because I had submitted a deposit to hold the vehicle and I requested they credit my card back because we forgot to address it when contracted. I found out later by my own investigation that they did credit the card, but I messaged my salesman and accounting to please verify it was done and i did not get a response from either one. More
