Took car in for oil change and tire rotation! Advised service assistant that I changed both cabin and air filters b4 I brought to shop! During the car being in getting the oil change and tire rotation I got a text stating my sir and cabin filters were in the yellow and coolant was in need of flush. Which I addressed the last time in informing the advisor that I had it July 2024 but at another dealer as they has a special. So the info I’m giving the advisors just go nowhere. The info isn’t shared with the tech performing the service. All he is going off of it miles. I would think my info should be logged and then he or she has the info. But maybe there is no place to log it. Maybe you can advise me More
