I have bought a vehicle (Ford Expedition 2019) on August 12, 2023 from McDavid Fort worth. The car was missing the middle row middle seat. The salesman Tek Doko has informed me that the seat has been ordere 12, 2023 from McDavid Fort worth. The car was missing the middle row middle seat. The salesman Tek Doko has informed me that the seat has been ordered but not delivered yet and he gave me the option to put it in myself or the dealership can take care of that and due to the dealership is almost one and half hour away from me, I asked him to ship it to me and I will put it in (install) myself. The Salesman added a document to his file that the dealership owes me the middle seat. when they gave me all the documents they did not add this page/document to the documents they mailed to me. anyway I gave the salesman almost 3 months before I gave a him a call and asked for the Seat, he did not know what I am talking about it and he totally forgot about it but he checked my file, he found the owe me document and he informed that they have not ordered yet but he will ensure to get the seat ordered on that day which is I think was back on November 2023. I have left a google review and they replied to me and asked me to call Ali Benli or Brian Bertschy . I have called both of them and none answered my call, I left a Voice message and both ignored it. I can't imagine a dealership like yours treat their customers like this. I will keep escalating, calling and reach out to McDavid Corp or Ford itself until I get my issue addressed and resolved. Please help a client that trusted you and left multiple dealerships and drove 100 miles to buy from you. Thanks, Mohd Alatrash More
Such difference in dealer since my wife and I worked there for years, Found vehicle we wanted. Called and talked to sales representative. Went to look and seemed none of sales wanted to deal with old people. Finally one took us but they didn't know where the vehicle was. We purchased the vehicle on Dec 30 and knew if they didn't get ready on Sat that it should be ready Tuesday. Never got any updates on time. Around 3 o'clock we went to check. They had to find it again. Couldn't find any sales reps that we had talked to. Finally one that seemed to care de delivered it. Not sure if any service was done. Tires needed rotation, battery cables corroded, no keyless entry code, no key, no owner manual. Price changed from what was listed on website when put on paper. My fault for not catching this. We didn't work there under Autonation, thank God. No we didn't purchase a fancy new vehicle just a well maintained Lincoln Navigator. In my day of working there it should not matter. Sales managers and General managers would not have let this happen during old school days. Sure is not Texas Motors Ford. Rating 0 but had to click the 1 star More
Excellent service experience on our 2018 Ford Fusion - ~ 60,000 miles. We still had the original tires that needed to be replaced. Done efficiently at good value. There's never a good time to get your car fixed. I dropped off my daughter's car on Sat, Dec 23rd knowing it wouldn't be touched until Tues, Dec 26th. They did not even look at it til Friday, the 2 I dropped off my daughter's car on Sat, Dec 23rd knowing it wouldn't be touched until Tues, Dec 26th. They did not even look at it til Friday, the 29th!!! I'm glad I got a rental for a week! So much for being in their "Owner's Club" . The Svc person was nice though and kept me informed. The customer svc is great but the actual vehicle service is lacking. Sounds like they need more hired help. More

Great Experience with McDavid Ford I purchased and F350 form McDavid Ford and everything went perfect. I worked with Alex and he was really awesome to work with. He had the truck detailed before it was tra form McDavid Ford and everything went perfect. I worked with Alex and he was really awesome to work with. ABSOLUTE WORST customer service experience I ever encountered. Took them over 4 months to complete work on my vehicle, the majority of which was due to their own ineptitude. Completely impossible to connect with anyone by phone or text and all requests for updates and information are simply ignored. Literally had to show up at the dealership in person to get any information (and I live 1,000 miles away). Anytime that information was provided, it turned out to be an outright lie. They even tried to not honor the existing warranty on the vehicle. On the verge of being fraudulent. Would give them zero stars if I could. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. More
Terrible service department. I left my car to have some warranty work done and it was there for 5 weeks. I wanted them to check my window being scratched on the outside. When I pick my car up they had damaged the door on the inside. When I took it back they called me a liar and said that it was already like that. Do not do business with these people they do not return calls they just fix your car and then charge you fortunately mine was all on warranty. Now they want to call me a liar do not do business with this place More
