Our concact, Billie, was awesome. Billie regularly gave us updates on the process and, when she found out that McDonald Hyundai didn't have an exact match for what we were looking for Billie regularly gave us updates on the process and, when she found out that McDonald Hyundai didn't have an exact match for what we were looking for, she went all the way down to Colorado Springs to make an inventory swap with a Hyundai dealer for our exact macth. Our finance contact, Matt, was also very helpful and efficient; we especially appreciatrd that he didn't try to pressure any unwanted add-ons to our payments. Our buying process started with an initial inquiry on Friday afternoon and we closed on our car the following Monday. Overall this dealership is very professional, kind, and efficient. More

We recently made a "quick turn around" purchase with Kyle at McDonald Hyundai, giving only a 1/2 hour notice before we arrived to look at a specific car. We were treated with respect, our time wasn't wasted, and we felt we were offered a good deal out of the gate - no wacky sales games! We got through all the sales and legal paperwork that same evening - the whole process was very painless and efficient! When we returned a few days later to take possession of the car, again, Kyle had the car ready for us, washed and with a full tank of gas. More
