After getting a quote from another dealer I went to McDonald I got the model I wanted, which was not available at the other dealer, but at first was disappointed with your offer and trade in. Only after showing the other offer did you come up with an equivalent deal. As usual for buying a car, I did not like having to wait and wait for the salesperson to talk with the sales manager. Is there not a way to speed up that process? On the questions below, Do you mean did they demonstrate trustworthyness? If so, yes And on the selection of salesperson, I did not choose, you did when I emailed in advance. Brandon seemed to know the features of the car much better than the salesperson at the other dealer. When I tried to contact salesperson by phone the next day I was put on hold for 20 minutes. Could you at least put answering machine function on the phones so customers don't feel ignored? More
