The Finance guy didn't listen when I asked him to only submit my credit to one Lender (A lender I was already pre-approved for) instead, he submitted it to four, which really pissed me off. David asked him to apologizes and he did- but what was done was done. All in all, my experience was good - David made sure I left happy and called me a week or so after to check on me. I would totally recommend this dealership to others and also say that if you have a specific lender that you want to go with, speak directly to the money guy and make sure he understands that you do not want your credit pull by multiple lenders. More
