Our sales representative; Michael Vang was fantastic. He went through the details of the Costco Auto Program with us. He listened to our wants and needs for the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. With his help we found the perfect SUV. Alex Dryer was great; took a bit longer than expected to get to meet with the finance department so we could do the financing; but found out it's because he was the only one in the finance department that day as a co-worker was on vacation for the next 3 weeks. We also had a great experience with the individual helping with financing and closing (sorry forgot his name..Alex?) We had some interaction with Ryan as well and he was very accommodating. Unfortunately we had to bring the vehicle back at 500 miles for what ended up being a dead battery (on a new car??, really??). We had a terrible experience with the personnel in the service area. Straight forward deal I contacted David Lax via internet/email to inquire about purchasing a very specific 2017 Santa Fe Sport Ultimate 2.0L AWD Serrano Red with the Tech P I contacted David Lax via internet/email to inquire about purchasing a very specific 2017 Santa Fe Sport Ultimate 2.0L AWD Serrano Red with the Tech Package . I live in Las Vegas and could only find that specific vehicle at McDonald Hyundai in Colorado. David Lax was very helpful and responded promptly providing me with a very straightforward deal to my complete satisfaction. The sales team processed my long distance transaction in a timely manner and I was able to fly out and receive my vehicle very quickly. Upon arriving at the airport David Lax picked me up in my new Santa Fe Sport which was a welcome surprise! After a brief visit to the dealership for some paperwork and explanation of vehicle systems I was on my way home with my new "Baby" and a BIG very satisfied smile.
