His approach was relaxed; knowledgeable which in turn made me feel relaxed. I felt no pressure from him to "buy now" like I've experienced at other dealerships. In fact, he took the time to find out what I was looking for, what my car needs were and understand the situation before offering some suggestions. I was blown away! At no point did I feel like I had to "haggle" with him or the dealership to get the deal done. In and out in a couple hours with a new car I contacted McDonald via internet and told them what I wanted. I received a call the next day about availability.
