10 hour car buying experience My wife and I just bought a used car from McDonald Hyundai. Love my car, however my saleswoman was less than helpful. One minute she would be patient My wife and I just bought a used car from McDonald Hyundai. Love my car, however my saleswoman was less than helpful. One minute she would be patient and act helpful, another minute, pushy and uneducated on my cars features. She made many empty promises such as "we probably can just replace the windshield for you" and "I'll look for floor matts and a user manual for you" The dealership took way to long with back and fourth answers, taking 30 minutes to an hour to get an answer. They could never just give us a straight answer. In fact when we went back to sign for the car, they changed the final finance rate. If it wasn't for this spacific car I wouldn't have bought from them and will never buy here again. The environment is over stimulating and non welcoming. Will not be coming back. More
