Did not disclouse car was in accident I bought a 2011 ford explorer in July after looking over the vehicle and taking the word of the sales men, I bought the car. After returning home over I bought a 2011 ford explorer in July after looking over the vehicle and taking the word of the sales men, I bought the car. After returning home over the next two months I noticed several issues that I was not aware of. First was body panel alignment, then the most obvious which I should of noticed at the dealer was over spray and painted bolt heads a very obvious sign of some sort of repair. With this being said you would think maybe they didn't know about the damage but when you look at the extensive amount of "mechanical" repair they did they would have seen the above issues. Of course, when I bought the vehicle they told me that they only sold the best cars, and that they go over every vehicle bumper to bumper including frame, electronics, mechanical, and of course body. So today I called the dealer and voiced my concern being as polite as possible. Upon speaking to them I was berated by both the new and the used car sales managers over two diferent phone calls. For some reason neither would say the they indeed go through the entire vehicle. In fact, the new car sales manager said I was "trying to back him into a corner by saying the whole car is gone through". Well that's what I was told when they sold me the car. These two managers are completely unprofessional and extremely rude, and clearly they will say whatever it takes to sell a car but once you're out the door they wouldn't spit on you even if you were on fire . So all I can do now is contact a lawyer and dmv investigations. More

The staff was friendly and they answered my questions directly rather than "beating around the bush". I was given straightforward pricing and every question I had was answered honestly and thoroughly. There have been times in the past where I have become annoyed with my car buying experience and would leave the dealership angry and without a car. Car buying should be a happy event and not one that leaves you mad. Ken and Al were an awesome team and I left with a smile on my face and more importantly, a new car! Thanks guys! More
