Toyota rep Amanda Newton has been extremely kind, understanding, and helpful in getting a leak issue resolved. She coordinated with a different dealership, so Toyota could get this leak fixed. Had to call back to service center after getting techs video to remind them to look at something that was written down and discussed with service advisor. Also why are you charging 2% extra fee for me to video to remind them to look at something that was written down and discussed with service advisor. Also why are you charging 2% extra fee for me to pay with my credit card? That’s an expense you take on as a business. You are charging me to pay you. Other places don’t do that. I probably won’t be back because of that. Been going to you for years but will find somewhere that doesn’t do that. More
