The guy I initially worked with is not named below at all, but the guy who they had call me was nice and his name was Nicholas. I came in to this location after purchasing a vehicle from their Fort Morga all, but the guy who they had call me was nice and his name was Nicholas. I came in to this location after purchasing a vehicle from their Fort Morgan store. The services were set up here as I live closer to this location. River had scheduled for me to have my front windows tinted to match the back and have a clear bra put on the hood. I came in to pick my vehicle up in the evening, none of these services were performed at all. When I asked River what had happened, he talked about how they had me under the completely wrong name, but then proceeded to tell me that they did some “edging” on the clear bra that was already on the hood and tried to show me where the bra was. It was apparent that there was no clear bra on my hood at that time. River lied to my face and tried to say that it was already there to try and show me that my vehicle wasn’t at their site all day for nothing when in fact it was. I told River that when I brought it back in to actually have the work done that I would need to loaner vehicle for the day this time and he agreed. I rescheduled the service for 2 weeks later to actually have the work done, and when I came in to drop it off and pick up a loaner vehicle, somehow no one on site had record of me scheduling this appointment and they said I wasn’t scheduled for a loaner vehicle through sales. I proceeded to tell them that I had scheduled with River and this is what he promised me, they then told me that River wasn’t working that day. I proceeded to tell them everything that had gone wrong prior and that they needed to figure it out and after about 20 minutes of waiting they finally did. The incompetency of the situation and the fact that I was lied to straight to my face is what has lead me to leave this review. I will never be back to a McDonald Toyota dealership for any kind of service because it is clear they don’t care about their customers. More

But since McDonald took over from Erlich, it is getting a reputation for recommending maintenance that is not in the maintenance schedule of the man But since McDonald took over from Erlich, it is getting a reputation for recommending maintenance that is not in the maintenance schedule of the manual, and recommending maintenance solely on time and not if the maintenance is actually needed. As an example, McDonald recommended changing the brake fluid based solely on time. I took it to another shop that told me it didn't need to be changed, as it looked almost new. The car is a low mileage car - items should only be recommended if they need to be changed. More
