The actual service was very good. I had asked about a missing panel, and Caroline was able to get a new one ordered for no cost. I have not heard back on the status of the part. I've always had great service with Toyota. However my last visit was not up to par. I as given a estimate time of an hour. It took an hour and a half. I had to go find someone. When they were done I as told everything was fine. But it wasn't . The rear brake we marked caution and the filters were marked critical. In past, I've gotten a call and was asked if it wanted them replaced. If I had gotten that call I would have said yes. I had to text this morning for more information. I was told the brakes are ok for now and the filters can replaced next service. Critical filters for 5000 miles doesn't sit right with me. We have had an issue with the Service Tech we worked with before. I will continue to use McDonald Toyota. They have always been good to us and have done a good job. I hope this last service is a one time 'issue'. Thank you More

Trying to get updates or ahold of someone in the service department is like pulling teeth from an alligator.
