Our annual service went smoothly, starting with the phone call scheduling, in person check in, service, reasonable pricing and followed up with a nice surprise - car was washed and vacuumed. The entire process was super easy. I was able to shop online, and do all communication through phone calls, text messages and emails. I live about 4.5 hours away and work a lot. When I came to this dealership, I had a problem with being over in miles on my lease and still had several months to go until it was up. I knew I needed to get out of the lease, but I wasn't sure if it being over in miles on my lease and still had several months to go until it was up. I knew I needed to get out of the lease, but I wasn't sure if it would make sense financially. Scott was wonderful. He was communicative, and explained what my options were, helping me get the best deal. I was able to purchase my vehicle instead of leasing, which I had done my whole life. I got all the amenities I needed, and a sunroof to boot! The Tiguan is beautiful, drives so smooth, and is powerful. Plus, the color combination is stunning. I couldn't be happier knowing I will have this car for years to come. The whole process was easy and again, clearly explained. I'm very excited to be a part of the VW family! I will definitely recommend McDonald to anyone looking for a car. More
