My Needs Were Met My family and I just moved here from the east coast where front plates were not required so I didn’t have a bracket on the front of my car. I brought my car in with the bracket I had received at the time of vehicle purchase and they installed it with no problem. My only concern is, once I receive my new plates, I’m going to have to visit them again because I cannot figure out how to get the “screws” out so I can attach my tag. They look more like plugs than screws. Other than that, they did a good job. (I have no idea who assisted me but since the field was required, I just picked a name.) More

Wonderful Service Like most drivers, there’s a lot of anxiety when your check engine light comes on and you go to the dealer. It turned out to be major emissions failur Like most drivers, there’s a lot of anxiety when your check engine light comes on and you go to the dealer. It turned out to be major emissions failure and while fixing that, multiple oil leaks were found as well. The emissions system was still under warranty as was the power train. Brad Murphy was my service rep and he helped clear all the warranty work with VW while giving me constant updates. Brad also arranged for a nice loaner car while my car was being fixed. I am very happy to report that Volkswagen stood behind their product and Brad Murphy is a great ambassador for both VW and McDonald. More
