Holy Hannah!! So amazing We were so impressed with our experience from start to finish! I scheduled some routine maintenance along with a factory recall fix for our Touareg. We were so impressed with our experience from start to finish! I scheduled some routine maintenance along with a factory recall fix for our Touareg. The customer service was phenomenal! The day of the appointment I was greeted outside and directed where to park my vehicle, greeted by my service technician who advised me that he would be my contact for the day. A few hours later in received the best text EVER!! My service technician had done a video of my vehicle which included pertinent information that was so helpful in understanding the diagnostics of my car! I loved it! 20 minutes or so later I received a call to discuss the video. We will definitely continue doing business with McDonald Volkswagen!!! More
