Sold Me The Wrong Maitenance Package, Did Not Return Calls. First, they sold me a maintenance package that did not meet my lease. This resulted in me paying full cost for maintenance services as well as paying First, they sold me a maintenance package that did not meet my lease. This resulted in me paying full cost for maintenance services as well as paying an additional amount per month. I called and called and called and only was transferred to voicemail. No one returned my calls. I had to call Volkswagen Group of America to get them to do the bare minimum and at the time of this review, I am yet to be refunded for this error and am going to have to pay for scheduled maintenance again. Poor service! More
