I was able to get in and look at the car I wanted almost immediately after calling. Not only did I get to see and drive the car, but I also got to see the facilities where the used cars are inspected, detailed and fixed to give me peace of mind that the car I purchased would be in excellent shape. Throughout this experience I worked with Bill Shafi. He made himself available whenever I needed him since it took a few days between purchasing the vehicle and having the mechanical inspection completed. He and the rest of the team also worked very hard to get me the best loan possible and they certainly delivered! The only hiccup in the process came when I was offered the service plan. It is a great plan so I bought it. I was told one price in conversation, but when I received the paperwork the plan was significantly more expensive than I had thought. I don't believe there was any sneaky intention with this, and given how helpful the staff is I am sure that this miscommunication will be resolved quickly! I purchased one car before this and it was from an independent seller. It was a horrible experience and something I will never do again. My experience at McDonald Volkswagen was the exact opposite. If you are looking for a new or used car then this is the place! More
