Even when it is busy, I am recognized, and either helped quickly or asked to wait in the cafe with complimentary refreshments. The service is always thorough and professional. The parts department is also always great (Adam if I am correct) can always track down what I am looking for. I love cars and I love my VW! I think a great service partner promotes the well being and enjoyment of your car. I have owned numerous makes of cars that I unfortunately did not get the service and enjoyment I get with my Golf R and McDonald VW. More

Battery testing and replacement I drove up to the service door, explained the issue with my battery and asked if there was any way I could have it tested and replaced that same day. I drove up to the service door, explained the issue with my battery and asked if there was any way I could have it tested and replaced that same day. They got me in ASAP and I was back on the road in 45 minutes. Brad and everyone in the Service Dept. I dealt with were fantastic. For a busy working mom with extra curricular activities that I have to shuttle my kids to, this quick and friendly service was greatly appreciated! More
