5 year service I was able to set my appointment on line and the were ready for me when I arrived. It was explained to me that part of the service required the transm I was able to set my appointment on line and the were ready for me when I arrived. Positive First Time Via Dealer This was my second time buying a car and my first time via a dealership. McDonald and especially Shana were very easy to work with and did not match t This was my second time buying a car and my first time via a dealership. McDonald and especially Shana were very easy to work with and did not match the intense, greasy arm twisting I remember going car shopping with my parents. As a young teacher looking for a new to me vehicle on a budget I cannot recommend Shana enough. She was personable, willing to work with me price wise, kept us fed and in good spirits during the whole process. The only reason I did not provide a 5-star review is their finance department. We get it, you offer extended warranties - stop asking me if only plan to keep the car two years. If you're selling cars that I have to have an extended warranty after two years you have a bigger problem. The sturm and drang of it all was not appreciated. Come in pre-approved if you can. More

Logan was honest, kind, knowledgeable, and fun to hang out with while we were making a deal. As a women, I have had some pretty bad experiences with buying cars. I have left dealerships feeling taken advantage of and gross so this experience was especially refreshing because of the level of respect I was given.
