Purchased a new Tiguan Limited Logan and the whole team were very easy and pleasant to work with. Responsive, but mellow, they took their time figuring out the best car and deal for Logan and the whole team were very easy and pleasant to work with. We were even able to have our 2 little kids (with iPad & snacks) hang out for the whole process; at one point they passed around fresh cookies! Overall a very positive experience. First experience four years ago wasn’t great either, but they claim to be under new management and I wanted to give them another opportunity. To be sure, they got the job done. However, it was like pulling teeth every step of the way. Very old school in their sales approach. It seems departments (sales, finance, and service) do not communicate with each other at all. They each look out only for their own interests and don’t seem to have much concern for its impact on the customer. I’m still waiting a month later to get more info on the pro-rated refund on the extended warranty and GAP plan that we purchased from McDonald on the trade-in. I’ve provided all of the requested information and more. Yet...here I wait. They are conveniently located and that’s about it. I’ve personally had much better experiences at Emich and evan Tynans. They both undoubtedly have a better selection, and it’s unlikely the sales experience can be much worse. More
